The restaurant will be a Cajun restaurant by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. He owns 13 restaurants around the U.S and authors 18 cooking books. Lagasse, himself a very active, fun and unique character, specializes in Cajun cooking. His restaurant in C.O.Q will have industrial style, but still modern and elegant with warm color palette.
C.O.Q has four different floor plans: standard room, double room, suite room and master suite room. The room design is geared towards the comfort of the user. The color palette is warm colors with natural material selections.
